Can You Still Use Garlic (to Sautee With Veggies) After It Is Sprouted?

I have average size grocery store heads bought a few weeks ago that have sprouted. I also have a few smaller heada I bought at a gourmet food store a few months ago. They look ok, but I haven’t opeed them. Which would u use?

    If they are dry when you open them up then do not use them…other wise go ahead

    Yes… just trim off the sprouts. They taste bad.
    Here are some tips on buying and storing garlic.

    Just remove the sprouts. That’s what I do. They should be ok.
    If the garlic is soft….don’t use them. Throw in your composter

    I would advise against it, the garlic even if you were to trim the sprouts, would taste bitter
