There is a great divide between those that appreciate the mega brewers and those that appreciate the micro-craft brewers. Then there are the “tweeners” that appreciate all the brewers.
Where do you fall?
Do foodies also have such divisions?
Love the gourmet chef & her trendy foods but hate McDOnald’s/Applebee’s/Olive Garden.

I fully agree with Charlie. They/we do in fact strongly debate the issue of quality. Although, the cheaper type of foods do not seem to be mentioned much on YA.
True “foodies,” as do true “beer/wine aficionados,” passionately guard their beloved comestibles. It does in fact have to do with a mind set of “place or right of being.” They have taken to and advanced their knowledge and appreciation of food and beverage and so thus their rights. But it is deeper than a feeling to food entitlements of gastronomy. It goes to what they/we value in life in general. It is nearly a real Vs fake argument. The so-called gourmet food and beverages are real in all facets and the “other” food and beverages are-not so real.
Since I umbrella both categories I understand and align myself with those with refinement much more then those with less food refinement.
I am not without fault. (small voice)
Its all a question of taste and appreciation.
If you have a discerning palate you will use the micro brewers and cordon bleu food.
If your taste buds are flat you drink the mass produced pap supplied by the large brewers and fast food chains.
So basically the answer is yes
Naah!
