How Do I Get In Touch With Food&drink Industry To Market My Gourmet Spaghetti Souce?

I need information on companies that prepare and package frozen food and canned food. I would like to get into this business.

First off go to an attorney and get a cert. of non-disclosur. Get a nice comfortable telephone and “try” to make contact with any processors R&D department. Lastly you are going to have to prove the “Gourmet” part of the title with your culinary background or facility that this sauce was created
