Or, does anyone have opinions on how/where to find good food brokers in southern California (Los Angeles County)?

    With so many Unions in your state, I suggest that you try working with one of them…their distrubution capabilities would be less costly to you than if you were to do it yourself because of initial costs to develop (trucks, drivers, fuels, etc.) and would inflate your costs of the pastries above the fair market value.
