I’m Looking For The Heid’s Gourmet Food Distributor That Supplied Olive Garden Rest. With Their Desserts.

There is a dessert that used to be served at Olive Garden…it was Chocolate lasagne….they have discontinued it, but I have the distributor that they bought it from….Heidi’s gourmet…..please help

    Heidi’s Gourmet Desserts are part of the Schwan Food Company Bakery in the Food Service division. After looking at the product list on their website, I think it was discontinued. Perhaps they changed the name, but I do not see anything that looks like this dessert. You could submit your question at the main website and ask them to publish the recipe.
    CD Kitchen has the copycat recipe for Olive Garden Chocolate Lasagna for free on their website. It is a chocolate cake with chocolate chips and buttercream frosting served in wedges with a syrup drizzle.
